1. Export Saved Credentials From Edge

The export file includes:

  • Website (URL)
  • Username
  • Password
  • Notes (if any)

Steps:

  1. Open Microsoft Edge.
  2. Select the three dots (…) → Settings.
  3. Go to Profiles > Passwords.
  4. Scroll down and click Export passwords.
  5. Click Export passwords again.
  6. Enter your computer PIN/password to confirm.
  7. Save the generated CSV file (contains website, username, password).

2. Import Into Bitwarden

  1. Open https://vault.bitwarden.com or the Desktop App.
  2. Log in.
  3. Navigate to Tools → Import Data.
  4. For Format, select Microsoft Edge (csv).
  5. Upload your exported file.
  6. Click Import Data.
  7. Confirm that all website URLs, usernames, and passwords are now stored in Bitwarden.
